Ginger Marshall
CEO at HPNA, HPCC, and HPNF
Ginger Marshall is the CEO of the Hospice Palliative Nurses Association, the Hospice and Palliative Credentialing Center, and the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation. Her previous leadership roles include Director of Palliative Care at University of Utah Hospital and Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC. She also served as Senior Vice President of Palliative Care for a large national hospice organization where she established 13 community palliative care programs across the US. She is currently serving as President for the National Coalition of Hospice and Palliative Care. She is board certified in Hospice and Palliative Care and in Acute Care. She is also a Fellow in Palliative Care Nursing. In her spare time, she enjoys playing poker.
Heather Richards

As the Vice President of Client Success, Heather Richards creates the strategic vision for the client experience. Heather pioneered the creation of account management within PSI when she joined in 2017 with a focus on relationships, product, and process improvement designed to drive results for our customers. Previously, Heather was the Vice President of public affairs for a financial education company, as well as the owner of a multi-state small business. Heather serves on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations and recently obtained the ICE-CCP certification.
